The HR Excellence in Research Award

Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University is fully committed to the creation of the European Research Area and to the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) process, which guarantees excellence in recruiting and welcoming researchers, and is an asset when requesting research funding from the European Union.

It was the first institution in the Auvergne Rh?ne-Alpes region and on its site to receive the HR Excellence in Research award for its strategy.
 

What is the HR Excellence in Research Award?

The award is part of a dynamic process of continuous improvement, which guides our day-to-day decisions and actions in accordance with the major European principles of transparency, non-discrimination, research ethics, professional responsibility, etc.

The award therefore encapsulates our major research commitments, some of them adopted early, such as open science, and others more recent, such as sustainable development. More broadly, it demonstrates the institution’s determination to implement a social policy and to ensure the attractiveness of research by significantly improving the quality of work life.
